Main Stage
The Main Stage features invited headlining performers throughout the weekend and an open Battle of the Bands competition on Sunday morning. Live music will be performed on the main stage Saturday and Sunday.

Dietz Stage
Welcome to Dietz Stage! New name, new location (as of 2023). Formerly South Stage, you will be able to enjoy the same great music and entertainment at its new location in the back left corner of Live Oak Field. Dietz Stage honors the late Pat Dietz and the entire Dietz family who have made an incredible impact on our South Bay community. The Dietz Brothers have been playing at the Hometown Fair and other venues and events around the South Bay since 1969 and their music has touched the hearts and souls of so many.
Dietz Stage features invited talent, focusing on Cover and Tribute bands. Interested performers can contact our Main Stage and Dietz Stage Directors directly.
Come listen to your favorite music while enjoying lunch from one of our many Food Booths, or just to rest for a while. Entertainment includes music from soft country and blues to rock and roll. There is something for everyone.
We kick things off at the Dietz Stage immediately following the parade. The Mira Costa High School Band officially opens the Fair!

Community Showcase Joslyn Center Performance Stage
Amateurs with a talent are invited to perform during the Hometown Fair. Performances are featured on the Joslyn Center Stage. Dance performances, gymnastics and karate exhibitions, choral groups, music and drama students are encouraged to submit applications.

Battle of the Bands
Every year local amateur bands audition for the Battle of the Bands. Finalists selected perform on Sunday morning at 10 am for the title and a chance to headline the Main Stage.
